While our apartments do not include washing machines and we do not have an internal laundry room, there are self‑service laundromats in Puerto del Carmen, located very close to the complex. Our reception team will be happy to provide directions and information at any time. Regarding late check‑out: Late check‑out is always subject to availability, but our reception team is here to assist you. If a late check‑out cannot be offered, we can store your luggage safely and arrange a taxi for your departure. These arrangements can be easily coordinated with reception on the day of your arrival or during your stay. We sincerely appreciate your kind words and your helpful suggestions. Le site est plutôt bien placé, à 5 mn à pied du front de mer et situé dans un quartier calme en janvier. Les places de stationnement devant l'établissement sont pratiques. Notre appartement standard était correct avec une bonne literie. L'entretien est bien fait tous les deux jours avec remplacement du linge de toilette. En cas de réception fermée, il y a toujours moyen de joindre une personne qui prend rapidement en charge les demandes.

Nice quiet location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment a bit dated but clean and sunny location. We really enjoyed our week and will definitely be returning, I would recommend these apartments.
