Pool was lovely plenty of sunbeds.Rita and other reception staff very friendly.
Cleaning was bad.The staff only covered over dirty bed linen. Which was only changed once during our stay,i actually had to go after the cleaner and borrow her mop and bucket and wash the floors myself. Floors were not swept and no brush provided to do it myself. I did find a sweeping brush near the end of our stay in the laundry room. Shower very slippy extremely dangerous although a mat was provided 3 days after we requested one.going forwarded I would highly recommend an anti slip mat in every shower as the shower tray is like glass and becomes very slippery when wet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our lovely pool, found plenty of sun loungers available, and received warm, friendly service from Rita and our reception team. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment is something we always strive for. At the same time, we sincerely regret that aspects of housekeeping and safety did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and the issues you described regarding the bed linen, floors, and cleaning frequency fall far short of our usual standards. We have addressed this directly with our housekeeping management to ensure our strict cleaning protocols and schedule are thoroughly followed and that proper sweeping tools are always available for our guests. Regarding the shower tray, guest safety is paramount to us. While shower mats are available upon request, we appreciate your constructive suggestion and are currently evaluating permanent anti-slip solutions across all our apartments to ensure maximum comfort and safety. We genuinely value your feedback, as it allows us to continuously improve our facilities and services, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much better experience in the future. Warmest regards,
Esther Cabrera Director General

Really great stay. Love these peaceful apartments. So quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Better English TV stations. A few more sockets or extension lead. Some sockets were a little loose in the wall
